Fabian Buddy Pascoal is a partner and one of the founding members of HPRP. Joining HPRP in 1992, he was made a Partner in 1999.

Fabian graduated with a Bachelor of Law degree (S.H.) from the University of Indonesia in 1992 and was awarded a Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) by the University of California at Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law, USA.

Fabian is a registered Advocate in PERADI (Indonesian Advocate Association), holds a license as an Indonesian Capital Market Legal Counsel issued by the Indonesian Financial Services Authority (OJK/Otoritas Jasa Keuangan), and is also a registered as an Indonesian Intellectual Property Consultant before the Directorate General of Intellectual Property Rights, Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia.

Fabian has played an important role in a wide range of significant transactions involving both domestic and international business in various types of work such as foreign direct investment, M&A, corporate and debt restructuring, real estate, intellectual property, commercial litigation including arbitration, mining, and plantations, and also served as Indonesian law expert witness for a number of cases in the Singapore courts.

Fabian was one of the contributors to Asia Globe Magazine and World Business Book – an annual business book published by World Bank, Washington D.C. He is also a regular speaker at legal and other forums, seminars, and workshops held by the government, associations, and corporations, both domestic and international.

Currently, Fabian serves as a honorary counsel of Albania in Indonesia.
