Marc Fornacciari, partner in charge of the Public Law/PPP Group and managing partner of the Paris office of Dentons
A former senior judge at Conseil d'Etat, the supreme French court in public law matters, he then held operational positions in the Lyonnaise des Eaux group, now Suez, where he was Vice President Africa Middle East then Vice President Africa, before becoming the representative in France of the German group RWE. He has been an attorney since 2004. He has developed a recognized practice in complex contractual arrangements for the implementation of major infrastructure projects in project finance. He has advised banks in cases involving the new Ministry of Defence in Paris, the new Palais de Justice in Paris or the Vincennes Zoo, sponsors for the Nice, Bordeaux and Le Mans stadiums, or public entities for university PPPs or major transport infrastructures. He is currently working on major rail and road projects for public and private clients.
