Evgeniya Rakhmanina is Head of Competition Practice for Russia & CIS in Linklaters.
Evgeniya has over 10 years of experience in advising on a wide range of Russian antimonopoly and related issues in various industries. Evgeniya’s expertise and previous experience includes advising clients on anticompetitive agreements and behaviour, including competition-restricting vertical agreements and cartels, abuse of dominance and state tender (auction) regulations.
Evgeniya represents clients in antitrust investigations, post-investigation interaction with the regulators, prepares clients for investigations and dawn raids, advises on development of competition compliance policies and antitrust due diligence reviews, represents clients in administrative cases against the antimonopoly authority.
Evgeniya also advises on other antitrust- and FAS-related issues, such as unfair competition and advertisement regulations, obtaining merger control, foreign investment and strategic clearances for transactions, state tenders and trade law regulations.
Evgeniya has been a member of the ‘Competition Experts Association’ (formerly, Non-Profit Partnership ‘Competition Support’) – a professional association of leading Russian lawyers in competition and antitrust Law – since its establishment in 2007.
