Carolyn is a leading competition law and regulatory lawyer. She advises clients on global and domestic complex merger clearances, joint ventures, collaboration arrangements and conduct issues under the restrictive trade practices provisions and the Australian Consumer Law.
Carolyn has particular experience in risk management and regulatory investigations and disputes. She defends companies involved in regulatory investigations and litigation by the ACCC, ASIC and others. She has represented clients in cartel investigations and prosecutions including leniency and immunity applications and dawn raids.
