His recent work includes advising the following clients: HeidelbergCement AG on its acquisition of a stake in Italcementi SpA, the acquisition of Hanson Group as well as the sale of Maxit Group; Convergenta in a dispute with Metro AG in connection with the shareholder dispute at Media-Saturn; Land Baden-Württemberg on the acquisition of the 45 per cent share held by Electricité de France in EnBW; Merckle group on corporate law issues; Würth group on corporate and foundation law issues; DEKRA on corporate law issues; Phoenix Pharmahandel on its restructuring in 2009/2010; B. Braun Melsungen AG on the matter of Rhön Klinikum AG; R. Stahl AG on the defence against the hostile takeover by Weidmüller.
