Claire Bernier is the founding partner of ADSTO. With more than 20 years’ experience in advising French and international companies on legal fields connected to technology, she has a proven expertise in information technology law, data protection, intellectual property and media law, cybersecurity and cybercriminal law related issues. She handles the full spectrum of works in these fields from licensing to litigation. Claire is assisting domestic and international companies with their data compliance programmes, data breaches and cyberattacks. She also advises extensively on technology agreements and partnerships. She is highly experienced in civil, administrative and criminal litigation before the French Courts and other specialised bodies (such as the CNIL - French Data Authority or the CNIS - National Commission for employee inventions).
