Jeremy is a partner in the Herbert Smith Freehills London dispute resolution team, and is also head of the firms civil fraud practice. He deals with a broad range of contentious work involving fraud issues, including large-scale international litigation and arbitration, often with a Russia/CIS focus. He has broad experience in a range of sectors, including financial services, commodities, telecommunications and technologies.

Jeremy regularly advises on complex applications for injunctive (freezing) and Norwich Pharmacal relief in London and other jurisdictions, and also lectures on these subjects. He also deals with a broad range of contentious work, including shareholder and joint venture disputes, company and director disputes, and complex contractual and M&A claims. He has acted on a range of cross-border contract and shareholder claims, particularly involving CIS and offshore jurisdictions.
