Raphael de Cunto is partner in the Palo Alto and São Paulo offices of Pinheiro Neto Advogados. He has more than 20 years of experience counseling clients in the technology industry negotiating M&A and financing transactions and complex licensing, distribution and other commercial arrangements. Raphael currently also serves in the Steering Committee of the firm. He holds a J.D. from the University of São Paulo’s Law School (’85) and a MCJ from New York University School of Law (’93). He was a foreign associate at Fasken Martineau (1988–1989) and at Cravath, Swaine & Moore (1993–1994). He is a former president of the Brazilian Computer and Telecommunications Law Association (ABDTIC).
