Roland Wiring is a life sciences sector expert and advises and represents pharmaceutical, medical device and biotech companies as well as enterprises in related industries. He specialises in drafting contracts, among others, for research and development, cooperations, distribution and transactions and is an expert for the legal issues related to advertising drugs, medical devices and services (as governed by the Heilmittelwerberecht in Germany).
