His professional practice is focused on the areas of corporate and labour, as well as customs law and international trade. He advises the firm’s clients, national and international, in corporate issues, labour contracts, litigation, immigration, social security, pensions, transfers of executives, downsizing and union negotiations. He is also a consultant in private international law matters, contracts and international trade, customs law, international trade defence for the World Trade Organization (WTO) and customs disputes.
He was previously a partner at Baker & McKenzie, where he worked for 16 years and where he founded and directed the Labour Group and the International Trade Practice.
Professor at the College of Law of the Universidad Católica de Chile and the Universidad de Los Andes.
