Seung Ho Lee is an attorney in the firm’s White Collar Criminal Defence, Corporate Governance and Banking Practice Group. Mr Lee received his LLB from the College of Law of Seoul National University in 1986. He also earned an LLM from Harvard Law School in 2004. After passing the bar exam and graduating from the Judicial Training and Research Institute, he served as a prosecutor from 1991. During his years as a prosecutor, Mr Lee worked in the Central Investigation Department of the Supreme Prosecutors' Office, which supervises overall white-collar crime investigations in Korea. He took part in many complex and high-profile white collar criminal investigations, and conducted research on the German legal system in 1997 in Germany. Mr Lee joined Kim & Chang in 1999. Mr Lee’s practice focuses on white-collar criminal defence, particularly in relation of banking and securities transaction related cases. He also has extensive experience advising clients on the potential criminal risks of various transactions.
