Marco Mello Cunha graduated from the Armando Álvares Penteado Foundation Law School – FAAP (2009). He is specialised in corporate law from Getúlio Vargas Foundation – FGV (2014). Member of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA). Author of articles published in Valor Econômico (Proprietorship Evolutions, 2012) and Diário de Comércio e Indústria (“Lands for Foreigners,” 2011) newspapers, and co-author of the Brazilian chapters in the Getting the Deal Through: Franchise (2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018), and Distribution & Agency (2016) subject matters. Marco is an attorney in Tess Advogados’ Corporate Advisory Services, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Contracts team. He has background in mergers and acquisitions transactions, contract and corporate advisory services, civil litigation, besides antitrust, intellectual property, and immigration law.
