Mrs Juliana Senna joined Kincaid | Mendes Vianna Advogados in 2006. She is experienced in Corporate and Maritime Law, with emphasis on international trade, contracts and regulatory work related to infrastructure projects, including project financing, shipbuilding, ports and terminals.
Mrs Senna received her law degree from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (PUC/RJ) in 2004, holds a specialisation course in Commercial Law from Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro; (UERJ) in 2005, a specialisation course in Maritime Law from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV /RJ) in 2008, a course on Introduction to the North American Contractual Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (PUC /RJ) in 2011. Mrs Senna is a professor of the Maritime and Port Law postgraduate course at Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV/RJ). Mrs Senna has received recognition as leading lawyer in shipping by the international publication Chambers and Partners.
