Dr. Christian Hoefs is a partner in Hengeler Mueller’s employment and pension law practice group. He holds a teaching position at Georg-August University in Göttingen and is an author of different employment law relates publications. He advises a broad range of international and domestic clients on collective and individual employment and pensions issues, with a special focus on the banking industry.
Dr. Hoefs’ practice focusses on setting up compensation and benefit schemes on a national and international level, employment related restructurings as well as all types of collective employment matters. He also represents his clients in labour court disputes with employee representatives and individual employees. In addition, Dr. Hoefs regularly advises clients on the employment and pension aspects of multi-national M&A transactions. Finally, Dr. Hoefs is also dealing with employment related aspects of internal investigations and compliance matters. Dr. Hoefs is fluent in German and English.
