Cristóbal Porzio is a partner at Porzio ∙ Rios ∙ Garcia. His areas of practice are focused on advising clients and litigation in matters of trademarks, patents, technology transfer, copyright, and strategies for the protection of IP rights. He also represents the firm’s clients in matters of negotiation and contracts related to industrial property and in subjects such as unfair competition and advertising.
His practice also includes distribution and franchising law. He participates on the board of directors of various companies and serves as counsel for foreign companies in Chile.
