Ms. Hemi Lee is an attorney in the firm’s Antitrust & Competition Practice and Anti-Corruption & Corporate Compliance Practice.
Ms. Lee has advised and represented a broad range of corporate clients in internal and high profile government investigations on issues related to antitrust and anti-bribery. She has dealt with many antitrust and competition law issues, with an emphasis on abuse of market dominance, cartels and merger controls. She also has extensive experience advising the firm's clients in the healthcare and IT industries.
Ms. Lee received her law degree from Seoul National University, College of Law in 2006 and graduated from the Judicial Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Korea in 2008. In addition to her experience in Korea, Ms. Lee was a visiting attorney at Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton, Washington D.C. office in 2014, and a research fellow at the American Antitrust Institute in 2014 and 2015.
