Mr. Bianchi specialises in the fields of banking regulatory and capital market transactions. He frequently advises and represents financial institutions in regulatory proceedings before the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA). Mr. Bianchi has devoted a substantial amount of time to advising banks, issuers and institutional investors in debt and equity capital market transactions, structuring of investment schemes and derivative transactions, i.e. straight bond issues, equity-linked bond issues (such as "Alpine" convertible issues of Japanese issuers), structured finance transactions, EMTN programmes, warrant programmes and structured products programmes.

Mr. Weber specialises in large and complex domestic and cross-border M&A (including corporate reorganisations), capital markets and bank financing transactions, with a particular focus on listed entities and other large enterprises. He has devoted a substantial amount of time to advising banks, issuers and sophisticated investors (including private equity and sovereign wealth funds) in high profile capital markets transactions. Recent mandates include IPOs, SIX listings, rights offerings, PIPE transactions, high-yield bonds and innovative hybrid financing deals (CoCo's and other convertible securities, Basel III compliant Tier 2 instruments, capital notes, fiduciary certificates, EMTN programmes, bond issues, structured finance transactions, loan facilities, etc.).

Mr. Balsiger specialises in the fields of banking, regulatory and capital market transactions.

Mr. Balsiger has devoted a substantial amount of time to advising banks, issuers and institutional investors in debt and equity capital market transactions, structuring of investment schemes and derivative transactions, i.e. straight bond issues, equity-linked bond issues, structured finance transactions, EMTN programmes, warrant programmes and structured products programmes, structured finance transactions and loan facilities for general corporate purposes, public bids, private acquisitions, asset and leveraged finance.

Mr. Häusermann is a partner in the NKF banking & finance team and focuses primarily on banking & finance (regulatory and transactional) matters, debt capital markets transactions, domestic and international syndicated bank financings, leveraged finance, project finance and structured finance transactions as well as in work-out and restructuring situations. He has devoted a substantial amount of time in advising managers and issuers on debt capital markets transactions, including public offerings and private placements of debt securities, high yield bonds, regulatory capital instruments, innovative hybrid instruments and EMTN programmes.

Mr. Bono's practice focuses on capital markets, derivatives and structured finance, corporate governance, general securities law matters as well as mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Bono has represented investment banks, issuers and investors in a wide range of corporate and capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, rights offerings, listings on SIX Swiss Exchange, exchange offers and other liability management transactions, public offerings and private placements of debt securities, including regulatory capital instruments, ABS, high-yield bonds, and equity-linked debt securities.

Mr. Brönnimann is a member of the NKF banking & finance team. His practice focuses on capital markets and private and public M&A transactions. Mr. Brönnimann advises banks, issuers and institutional investors in IPOs, rights offerings, convertible bonds, block trades and other capital market transactions. In addition, he assists listed companies on corporate and regulatory matters. His M&A experience includes both private and public transactions, as well as reorganisation of private and listed entities. Mr. Brönnimann frequently advises borrowers and lenders on structured finance transactions and loan facilities for general corporate purposes, public bids, private acquisitions and leveraged finance.

Mr. Bianchi regularly advises fund management companies, promoters, investment banks, and distributors with respect to the structuring, listing and distribution of collective investment schemes (mutual funds, ETFs, hedge funds, as well as private equity and real estate limited partnerships). His practical experience includes establishing funds for institutional investors as well as for the retail market. Furthermore, he advises issuers with respect to the creation, regulation, and distribution of complex financial products. His practical experience includes structured notes, certificates, warrants, COSI, ETPs, AMCs, credit-linked notes, all types of structured products of the Swiss Derivative Map, and various other derivatives.
