Kunihiko Morishita is a partner at Anderson Mori & Tomotsune, specialising in domestic and international banking and securities regulations, as well as asset management. He has extensive experience in representing financial institutions and investment management companies before the Financial Services Agency of Japan and other Japanese regulatory authorities. Kunihiko regularly advises multinational financial institutions both in and outside Japan on regulatory issues surrounding securities, trusts, insurance and asset management. He has previously served as an Adjunct Lecturer at the Graduate School of Law, Kyoto University (Apr 2006 - Mar 2010), and currently serves as co-chairman of the Financial Law Board, an influential advisory body on matters of finance law sponsored by the Bank of Japan. Kunihiko holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Tokyo.
