Andre R Jaglom regularly counsels clients in distribution and marketing of goods and services, including establishing and restructuring distribution networks; negotiating and drafting domestic and international distribution and supply contracts, e-commerce distribution agreements, and franchise offering circulars and agreements; mergers and acquisitions; counselling on distributor and supplier relations; and distributor litigation. Drew also helps clients develop legal compliance programmes in antitrust, cybersecurity and other areas, and provides cybersecurity and general corporate counselling to new and established businesses.
Drew has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, including alcoholic beverage and soft drink distribution, restaurants and hospitality. Drew was the principal draftsman of the New Jersey Malt Alcoholic Beverages Practices Act. He is often quoted in beer industry publications, such as Beer Business Daily and Beer Marketers Insights and in news articles on distribution.
For over 30 years, Drew chaired the annual American Law Institute Continuing Legal Education programme on Product Distribution and Marketing, to rave reviews. Drew has spoken for many years on international distribution and marketing law and intellectual property protection issues at meetings of the New York State Bar Association International Section. He is a former Chair of the International Section and Chair of its International Distribution, Sales and Marketing Committee, and is the incoming Secretary of the NYSBA Business Law Section.
