Alexis Chahid-Nouraï is one of the two partners leading the M&A/corporate practice of Aramis. His activities range from mergers and acquisitions deals, including by way of tender offers, to equity capital markets transactions (IPOs, equity or equity-linked securities issuances). He is also an expert on French company law or securities law questions. Prior to joining Aramis in 2010, he practised with the Paris office of Clifford Chance as an associate between 1999 and 2004 then with the French boutique Brandford-Griffith & Associés, as an associate from 2004 to 2007 and as a partner from 2008.
