Natalia Fernández is an associate at Posse Herrera Ruiz. Her practice focuses on competition law, data protection, consumer protection and TMT.
Before joining Posse Herrera Ruiz, she coordinated the Centre for Competition Law Studies, and she worked for two local law firms, and at the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce.
She has a JD from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, a postgraduate degree in competition law from the same university, and a master’s in competition and regulatory law from Freie Universität Berlin.
