Alexey Borodak is a dispute resolution lawyer based in Moscow. He exclusively specialises in dispute resolution. He represents clients before the Russian state arbitrazh (commercial) courts and courts of general jurisdiction. He has a broad experience of general commercial, corporate, regulatory and construction disputes with significant expertise in insurance litigation. Alexey is also focused on anti-bribery and corruption law, he advises on anti-bribery and corruption procedures, internal investigations and compliancy. Alexey is included in the list of reporters of the Arbitration court for resolution of economic disputes at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation. Besides he is a member of Insurance and pensions committee and Sub-Committee on Compliance & Ethics of Association of European Businesses. Alexey is a graduate of the State University - Higher School of Economics law faculty.
