Thiago Del Bel joined the firm in 2013 and focus his practice in tax consulting and international trade and commerce. Before joining the firm, he worked in other renowned law firms and in a multinational company from the information technology and telecommunication industry.
He concentrates on direct and indirect taxes (ICMS, IPI, ISS, PIS and COFINS), as well as on subjects related to supply chain and foreign trade and intellectual property taxation. He advises companies on transfer pricing and thin capitalisation issues. He has broad experience with different tax regimes applicable to different industries. He assists clients in evaluating alternatives for implementing their business in Brazil in view of possible tax incentives available. Graduated at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie Law School in 2012 and specialised in tax law at Fundação Getúlio Vargas in 2015.
