Giuseppe Abbruzzese specialises in administrative law and, in particular with reference to town-planning, building, expropriation, environmental and energy issues. He gained a remarkable experience in the proceedings for the issuance of administrative authorisations (trade licences for big and medium retail structures, for cinematographic, hospitality, oil production structures and energy) and in the drafting of real-estate contracts (sale and purchase agreements, works contracts, town-planning agreements). He constantly deals with operations related to construction, transfer and management of trade and directional centres, industrial complexes, residential buildings, hospitality structures and touristic villages as well as energy plants. Giuseppe graduated in law, maxima cum laude, from the University of Bari in 1998 and was admitted to the Italian Bar since 2001. Admitted to the defence before the Supreme Court, he provides assistance before all the administrative courts and in particular the TAR (regional administrative courts) and the State Council.
