Alessandra Chimienti is an associate of the litigation department. She graduated in law (summa cum laude) from the University of Turin in 2007. In 2004 she spent one year in France for the completion of her bachelor's degree in law both in Italy and France. She has a PhD in European law from the University of Turin, completed with a final dissertation on Health Law in Europe.
She has gained international experience at the European Commission and the World Health Organization.
She now focuses on civil, commercial and corporate litigation, with particular attention to product liability matters and class actions. She provides assistance to Italian and multinational companies in ordinary proceedings and arbitrations.
She is a member of the Milan Bar Association. She speaks Italian, English, French and Spanish.
