Guy Pinsonnault practises in Montreal and Ottawa. His practice includes the full range of litigation and advisory work in the competition, anti-corruption and white-collar crime fields. Before McMillan, Guy was the General Counsel, Competition Law Section, at the DOJ and Public Prosecution Service of Canada prosecuting criminal cartels, bid-rigging and fraudulent misrepresentation cases. He provided extensive advice in the development of the Competition Bureau policies and programmes in the criminal field (immunity and leniency programmes, search and seizure, etc). Guy also prosecuted cases from the RCMP Commercial Crime Division, and the Province of Quebec anti-corruption unit (UPAC).
