Mark Lewis is a partner in Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner’s Technology & Commercial practice. He led BLP’s Commercial & Technology practice for eight years. In the course of over 30 years as a specialist IT and outsourcing lawyer, starting in-house as senior counsel to the UK government, he has been involved in some of the first and biggest IT and outsourcing transactions in Europe, Asia Pacific, Africa and India. Mark regularly represents major corporates and global service providers in IT, cloud computing, digitisation, AI, software robotics, outsourcing and related services transactions. He also works with earlier stage technology companies and with developing economies looking to leverage ICT as an economic accelerator.
