Dr Laura Bräuninger is an associate in the Gleiss Lutz dispute resolution practice group with a specialisation in international commercial and investment arbitration and cross-border litigation. She is admitted in Germany (2013) and regularly advises and represents clients in arbitration proceedings.
Laura studied law at the University of Tübingen and Charles University in Prague. She regularly publishes and speaks on topics of international arbitration and wrote her dissertation on the influence of European Union law on bilateral investment treaties concluded by member states and third states. Laura teaches at the University of Hanover.
Laura is a member of the German Institution of Arbitration (DIS), the German Initiative of Young Arbitration Lawyers (DIS 40), the ICC Young Arbitrators Forum (YAF) and Young ICCA.
