Mr. Shah has substantial experience in representing and advising national and international companies, non-profit organizations and government agencies including DRAP, Planning Commission, Ministry of Commerce, etc.

Mr. Shah primarily deals in contentious and non-contentious matter pertaining to IP, Media, IT, Licensing and Franchising and Competition laws. He has appeared in cases before the High Courts in Pakistan, as well as the Patent Office, the Trade Marks Registry, the Competition Commission of Pakistan and the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan. He has been recognized as a leading practitioner by international publications

Mr. Shah is the International Vice President of the Asian Patent Attorneys’ Association (APAA) – Asia’s largest IP Association; Vice Chairman of the Pakistan Intellectual Property Rights Association (PIPRA), and is a member of the Unfair-Competition Committee, International Trademark Association (INTA).

Mr. Shah has also been a delegate to the International Visitor's Leadership Program (IVLP) on Rule of Law organized by the U.S. Department of State.
