Christine Fluhme, attorney-at-law, is a counsel in Bardehle Pagenberg’s Munich office. Her practice focuses on registration, enforcement and protection of trademarks, as well as advice and litigation in unfair competition, design and copyright matters.
As a member of a team of attorneys-at-law Christine Fluhme represents German and international clients, inter alia, a leading restaurant service chain as well as clients from the beverages, health care, pharmaceuticals and household cleaning goods sectors.
Since joining Bardehle Pagenberg in 2006, Christine Fluhme advised, among others, one of the largest manufacturers of beverages in a case of parallel imports, with ensuing litigation in Germany and Denmark. Furthermore, she was involved in a series of trademark and product piracy cases and related procedures concerning the beverages and fashion industries and handled invalidation proceedings before the EUIPO with regard to a colour mark of a large producer of energy drinks, to name just a few highlights of her work.
