Mrs Nakagawa Baptista has experience with construction and investment arbitration, in addition to having acted in bilingual procedures. She is familiar with procedures administered by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), CMA CIESP-FIESP, CAM-CCBC, Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC) and Permanent Court of Arbitration (CPA), with application of the UNCITRAL Regulation. She also works as a researcher in the international trade area, at the Center for Global Trade and Investment of the Getúlio Vargas Foundation School of Economics, in São Paulo.
Bachelor of Laws from the University of São Paulo (2007) and LLM in International and European Commercial Law from the University of Leiden (2011).
She is fluent in English, Spanish and French and Portuguese.
