A cum laude economist graduate from University of Indonesia, Anastasia joined the Assegaf Hamzah & Partners in 2013, and has since buttressed its competition team with her thorough assessment from the economics perspective. She was the lead economist for PT Goodyear Indonesia Tbk, one of the biggest tyre producers in Indonesia, in a cartel proceeding by KPPU. She was also the lead economist for the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia and the Ministry's Directorate General of Foreign Trade in appealing KPPU's decision on alleged cartel practice related to the importation of garlic product into Indonesia. Recently, she was also involved as the lead economist for PT Yamaha Indonesia Motor Manufacturing in KPPU’s proceeding on alleged cartel practice related to automatic motorcycle product. Aside from domestic cartel, Anastasia also has an expertise in international cartel which was honed when she assisted Garuda Indonesia to become one of only two airlines to win against a cartel allegation brought by the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission before the Australian Federal Court.
