Luca Failla is a founding and managing partner of LABLAW. He provides 360° Italian Employment & Labour Law counsel to national and international businesses – including assistance on employment litigation, executive contract negotiations, directors and officers’ liability, competition protection, personnel reduction, reorganisations, outsourcing, trade union negotiations, privacy, employment contracts, dismissals, pension schemes and much more. He speaks English, French and Italian.
Luca is a member of the Italian Bar Association, the Italian Supreme Court Bar, the Italian Employment Lawyers Association (AGI), the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA), the American Bar Association (ABA), and the International Bar Association (IBA).
