Bello has over the years gained considerable recognition in the commercial dispute resolution land scape. He has been involved in notable international commercial disputes of varying dimensions. In the course of his court room work, he has represented local, international and multinational organizations in diverse areas of commercial dealings – banking, infrastructure, corporate restructuring, intellectual property, energy and environmental law. His arbitration experience covers ad hoc and institutional proceedings using different institutional rules including LCIA, ICC, and ICSID.
Since 2008, Bello has acted as counsel representing State and private entities in complex domestic and international arbitrations with amounts in dispute ranging from US$3 million to US$2 billion.
