Mariarosaria Ganino has been a senior associate at Martínez Lage, Allendesalazar & Brokelmann, SLP since 2004. She specialises in Spanish and EU competition law and general EU law.
She advises clients in a wide range of competition law matters, such as restrictive agreements, abusive conduct, distribution practices, state aid or mergers, both in administrative proceedings before competition authorities and judicial proceedings before national and European courts. Her practice focuses on the communications and media, e-commerce, pharmaceuticals, sports, transport and energy sectors.
Mariarosaria graduated in Law at LUISS Guido Carli University, Rome (1996). She obtained a postgraduate diploma in EC Competition Law from King’s College, London (2002) and a postgraduate diploma in European Community Law also from King’s College (2004).
