Enrique Armijo Chávarri has been a partner at Elzaburu law firm (legal group) since 2003. Specialist in the handling of all kind of legal actions in the defence of IP rights and in the management, negotiation and exploitation of said rights. Collaborating professor on the master’s programme in industrial and intellectual property at Universidad Autónoma (Madrid) since 2014. Also teaches unfair competition on the master’s programmes on accessing the legal profession at ICADE University (Madrid) since 2015. Member of UNION-IP Litigation Commission. Member of INTA’s Legislation and Regulation Committee. Member of the AIPPI’s Spanish group. Law degree (Comillas University - ICADE, Madrid). Master (LLM) in International Legal Studies (Washington College of Law, American University, Washington, DC). Admitted to the Madrid Bar in 1986.
