He is a professional mediator and arbitrator since 1996, recognised by Who’s Who Legal as one of the top 386 mediation lawyers in the world, with clients and peers praising him as 'a very sharp man, with a incomparable insight on mediation issues'. He has been the founder and board member of CONCILIA LLC: the Italian leading ADR provider, since 1999.
He is an international professional civil and commercial mediator and arbitrator, accredited in Italy (Ministry of Justice), Switzerland (he is the youngest mediator of the Court of Arbitration for Sport), Belgium (Commission fédérale de médiation), UK (member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators), France (Conference Internationale de la Médiation Judiciaire and Groupement Européen des Magistrats pour la Médiation), Austria (Vienna International Arbitral Centre), Slovenia (Ljubljana Arbitration Centre at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia), India (Indian Institute of Arbitrators and Mediators), Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre of Arbitration).
