Sandrine Giroud is a partner specialising in domestic and international litigation. She primarily advises and represents clients in high-value domestic and international litigation. She primarily advises and represents clients in complex multi-jurisdictional proceedings, in particular in fraud litigation and asset recovery, commercial and private client disputes, with a passion for art law and human rights. She has particular expertise in enforcement of foreign judgments, cross-border insolvency proceedings, international legal assistance, in civil and criminal matters, including extradition, as well as in public international law including immunity issues and business and human rights.
