Luka Čolić is an associate at the Wolf Theiss Zagreb office. He regularly advises a wide base of international clients in a broad range of corporate, commercial and competition law matters which include cartel cases, dawn raid support and merger control. Luka has also authored several legal articles on various topics in the field of corporate and commercial law and holds presentations on selected competition law topics. Some of Luka's more notable clients include Henkel, Lactalis Group, Grohe, Baxter, Bancroft Private Equity, Mondelez Europe, Borealis and the Republic of Croatia. Luka holds degrees from the University of Zagreb Law School and the University of Cambridge Faculty of Law and is admitted as an attorney-at-law to the Croatian Bar. Luka is fluent in Croatian and English.
