Bradley Joslove heads Franklin’s TMT Department and India Desk.
After graduating from Harvard Law School, Bradley Joslove started his career with the Washington, DC office of Baker & McKenzie, before joining the Parisian firm Salès Vincent & Associés in 1989, where he became a partner in 1994.
A founding partner of Franklin in 2000, Bradley is a widely acknowledged legal expert in the field of new technologies, and more specifically in IT, telecommunications and Internet law, in which he advises service providers, including some of the leaders in the business, as well as their French and foreign corporate customers.
Drawing on his professional expertise in these sectors, he has developed a leading practice in the fields of complex IT and outsourcing transactions, e-commerce, data privacy and encryption law.
Bradley Joslove has been recognised by Who’s Who Legal as one of the 10 most highly regarded internet, e-commerce and data protection lawyers in the world in 2013.
