Dr. iur. et lic. phil. I Thomas A Frick is a Swiss attorney and a partner at the law firm of Niederer Kraft & Frey. He studied at Zurich, Heidelberg and Georgetown University and graduated in law and in history; he furthermore holds an LLM degree focused on European competition law of the London School of Economics.
His practice is focused on regulatory matters and competition law. He published various articles and is giving lectures on matters of competition law, legal privilege, internal investigations and compliance. As a counsel, he advises on cooperation of enterprises, in particular with respect to competition law issues, and represents companies in proceedings with the Swiss Competition Commission, reviews research and development contracts, licensing agreements, agency agreements, mergers and concentrations including joint ventures, internal competition compliance manuals and all other types of agreements and structures relating to corporation of enterprises.
His industry knowledge entails the financial, the automotive, luxury goods, IT and consumer goods industries.
