Fernando has more than 30 years’ practice in the area of international and national litigation and arbitration. His experience in litigation is broad and he has represented clients in areas such as finance, general commercial law, IP and IT, sport, construction and engineering, hospitality, etc.
He is recognised as an international litigator in several rankings and regularly speaks in conferences and legal forum. He is the Spanish representative of Fraudnet, the world’s leading asset recovery legal network, which operates under the auspices of the Commercial Crime Services of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
