Ms. Vesna Gavriloska, partner/attorney at law, has 25 years of professional experience as lawyer of which 19 years as attorney at law. In 1994 she graduated at the University “St. Cyril and Methodius”, Faculty of Law, Skopje, Republic of Macedonia. After graduation she worked as legal apprentice from 1994-1996 in the Basic court in Skopje. Following the passing of the bar exam in 1996 she worked as a legal counsellor for one year in the State Institution for Geodesy Activities in Skopje. In 1998 she began working as a legal assistant in the Attorney’s office Cakmakova. Later on at the beginning of 2000 Ms. Gavriloska was admitted in the Macedonian Bar Association, after which she started her carrier as an attorney at law in the same attorney’s office, whereas in 2005 she became a partner in CAKMAKOVA Advocates (formerly MENS LEGIS CAKMAKOVA Advocates).
In 2012 and 2014 she was ranked by Chambers Global as leading individual, for corporate and commercial issues in the Republic of Macedonia and was praised by her peers for her eye for detail and her thorough and commercial approach.
She is specialized in practicing M&A, banking and finance law, competition law, contracts, real estate law, arbitration, litigation and mediation, energy law, commercial law and obligations law, securing of claims.
She has been appointed as an arbiter within the Permanent Court of Arbitration attached to the Economic Chamber of Macedonia.
Amongst other, she deals with various issues related to protection of competition.
Ms. Gavriloska is fluent in English, Serbian and Croatian.
