Caio Henrique Yoshikawa is an associate of PGLaw. He has a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree from University of São Paulo. At PGLaw his practice is focused on corporate law, commercial contracts, and banking and finance areas.
His expertise includes complex mergers and acquisitions; joint ventures; general corporate law services; corporate restructurings; structuring and negotiation of international loans and financings; capital markets transactions; securities litigation; banking and securities regulation; corporate governance; foreign investment; and administrative proceedings before the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM); the Central Bank of Brazil; and the Council of Appeals of the National Financial System (CRSFN). Caio also acts in complex corporate litigation and insolvency proceedings, including extrajudicial litigation.
Previously, he worked as associate at Levy & Salomão Advogados in the Banking and Finance practice area. As part of his pro bono work Caio coordinates the Center of Legal Asian Studies at the University of São Paulo.
