He also provides legal advice in the claims fields of life, A&H, casualty, energy, financial lines, marine and aviation. His work specialises in addressing the claims handling including his wide experience in the regulatory field. Extended warranty and consumer protection agencies are also areas that Luis Felipe can manage well.
Luis Felipe has a strong background related to the day-to-day operation of an insurance / financial entity and has a master’s degree in constitutional rights in Mexico. These skills enable Luis Felipe to provide a legal advice that can foresee possible regulatory consequences.
