Gianluigi Pugliese is a partner of Ughi e Nunziante specialising in banking and finance (inter alia structured finance and derivatives, project financing and regulatory issues) and in general corporate, M&A and new technologies and life sciences. After his graduation in law at the University of Perugia, he carried out several academic activities such as a research fellowship of Civil Law, and as a lecturer at Libera Università Internazionale degli Studi Sociali (LUISS) “Guido Carli” in structured finance, M&A transactions and non regulated markets and S.P.A.C. transactions.
