Stanley is an associate in Templars’ dispute resolution practice group. His practice focuses on complex commercial and public law litigation, international commercial and investment treaty arbitration, commercial mediation, and public international law. He has experience with disputes across a broad range of industries, including energy and natural resources, taxation, media and entertainment, and general commercial law issues.
Stanley obtained an LLB degree (First Class Honours) from Nnamdi Azikwe University, where he won several academic awards. He also holds Master of Law degrees in commercial law and international economic law from the University of Cambridge and Harvard Law School respectively. At the Nigerian Law School, he won academic prizes in three out of the five courses examined during the 2013/2014 academic year.
Stanley is admitted to practise law in Nigeria and New York. He has also served as an editor of several journals, including the Cambridge Journal of International and Comparative Law, Harvard International Law Journal, and Harvard Africa Policy Journal.
