Andreas Lischka is a Local Partner in White & Case’s banking and finance (including capital markets) practice, specializing in leveraged finance and other bank/bond transactions.

He represents both lenders and borrowers in acquisition financings, corporate loans and margin loans. He also advises on the issuance of high yield notes, other bonds and promissory notes (Schuldscheine). In addition, Andreas has significant expertise with complex structured finance transactions such as (structured) covered bonds, securitisations and hybrid instruments. His expertise also covers the acquisition and sale of non-performing loan portfolios as well as other restructurings.

Andreas Lischka also advises in relation to banking supervisory law, in particular in connection with the set-up, acquisition or initial public offerings of banks and other financial institutions. His expertise also covers supervisory law issues relevant for debt funds and other alternative lenders.

Before joining White & Case in 2018, he worked over seven years in the Banking and Finance department of another leading law firm in its Frankfurt, London and Dusseldorf offices
