Attorney-at-law, Master in Economic International Law, legal adviser at Estudio Colmenares & Asociados, professor at the Catholic University of Peru (from 1987 to date) and others, leading courses on: industrial property; patent and intellectual property and biodiversity. Speaker in several events in Tokyo (AIPPI 2006), Guayaquil, Ecuador (ASIPI 2012), Cuba (ASIPI 2013) and Quito (INPI 2014).

She has published several articles in different national and international magazines such as the Journal of Japanese Group, AIPPI Vol. 58 No. 4 2013 ‘Identifying the relationship between Industrial Property and Biodiversity: The Peruvian Case’, and ‘Preliminary Study of Ecomarks’ in the Andean Yearbook of Intellectual Rights.

She has performed several investigations such as:
