Mafalda Matos is a University Professor, Consultant at LEAD Advogados. She graduate in Law and has a master degree in Criminal Law from the Faculty of Law of University of Coimbra, Portugal.
Postgraduate in Child Protection – Center for Family Law, Faculty of Law, University of Coimbra, Portugal and developed specific studies in the European Summer School on Health Law and Bioethics pela Université Toulouse III, Paul Sabatier, France.
She is also a Postgraduate in Medicine and Pharmacy Law – Center for Biomedical Law, Faculty of Law, University of Coimbra, Portugal and a PhD student – Doctoral programme in Public Law – Nova University of Lisbon, Portugal and Agostinho Neto University, Angola.
Mafalda is an Assistant Professor at Agostinho Neto University and a Researcher at Center for Public Law, Agostinho Neto University, an Associated and researcher at Center for Biomedical Law, Faculty of Law, University of Coimbra and a Trainer of Criminal Jurisdiction – First Course of Initial Training for Military Magistrates at National Institute for Judicial Studies (INEJ).
At LEAD Advogados she has applied her research and development skills in different matters being a special contributor for research and publications. She has acquired research experience and gained special knowledge in the areas of mining, oil and gas and public contracting in Angola.
Mafalda published several books and papers being author and co-author of numerous scientific papers published in specialized journals, chapters of books, reports and conferences in national and international events, in Health Law and Criminal Law.
